To Our Residents and Family Members:

In compliance with Governor Andrew Cuomo directives and  Department of Health’s guidance, Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, will post on a weekly basis all residents to date, who have infections and the number of deaths.

Week of January 8, 2021 Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare has:

 7 residents with infections

2 resident deaths.
