In compliance with Governor Andrew Cuomo directives and  Department of Health’s guidance, Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, will post on a weekly basis all residents to date, who have infections and the number of deaths.

Week of February 20, 2021 Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare has:

 5 Residents with infections

1 Resident death.
