Please self-schedule your visit by clicking the button below. If you need assistance with making a visitation appointment, please call our Visitation Coordinator,
Dewy Burton, at 860-506-5616.
❏ Visitation space is available outdoors and indoors.
❏ We request visitors to wear a mask throughout the visit; extra masks available on-site.
❏ All guests are requested to maintain a distance of 6-feet from other visitors.
❏ If any visitor fails to adhere to the protocol, he/she/they will be prohibited from visiting for
the duration of the COVID-19 state declared public health emergency
❏ We request all visitors share their address, phone number, and email address upon
scheduling your appointment so we can stay in touch!
❏ Visitation appointments are available 7 days a week.
❏ Please contact our Visitation Coordinator, Dewy Burton at 860-506-5616, to pre-schedule your visit appointment.
❏ Walk-ins are welcome, however we suggest you call our Visitation Coordinator prior to your visit.
❏ Compassionate visits/In-room visitation will be granted on a case by case basis.
